Most classes take place at my home in Muswell Hill, or in the convenience of your own home. My clients generally tend to come from the Muswell Hill, East Finchley, Finchley Central, North Finchley, Highgate, Crouch End, Hornsey and Alexandra Palace areas.
Classes are an hour long, and I provide all the necessary mats and equipment.
I also run a mixed ability class on a Wednesday evening 7:15 – 8:15pm at the Muswell Hill Methodist Church, 28 Pages Lane, London N10 1PP.
